Halloween 2009

We had a pretty laid back ‘ween this year; much battling of illness this October. Blossom made Isaac a sweet firetruck costume, and Marie made Ephraim a very cute dalmation outfit. Big playgroup in the morning, and then some light t o’ t around the neighborhood.

On the fourth we went on the third annual Ethan Allen parade. Isaac and his date Aine got to get pulled by me in the fancy wagon I decorated. All the neighborhood kids were there, showing off their not nearly as well decorated conveyances.
Blossom’s Parents Meet Ephraim

At the beginning of June Blossom’s parents came to visit us, the last of the family voyages to help out with the baby.
Marie Visits the Boys

Marie came to visit us this past week and help out while I returned to work. She took over Isaac duty, and the two of them seemed to have a lot of fun getting to know each other:

But I don’t think the dog considers Isaac to be his boy. Isaac finds it the pinnacle of hilarity to throw the ball at the dog, doing little to nurture their relationship.
