Welcome to Week 13 of Baby 2! We are official, having passed another ultrasound with all mama and baby systems go for launch. Here for your viewing pleasure are all the J2 pictures we have so far. We started off with a 5 cell defrosted embryo, and Blossom put the biscuit in the basket on the first try again! She is so clutch. Week 7 is an indistinct blur of frog baby goodness, but you can see the heartbeat cranking away. Isaac and I were in the room for that one, and it was something to hear that little heart whirring on the monitor. Week 9 looks like some kind of mutant peep, not very interesting. But Week 13, hells yes! Look at that little dude in there, with the little brain all growing in just so.
Blossom is doing well, eating every 12 minutes and napping all evening. I am doing well, only mildly paralyzed with fear this go around. Isaac continues to be the center of his own universe, as he should be.
