Last Wednesday morning Isaac had his 2 month Well visit. His stats were as follows: 11 lbs, 23 in, with a head expansion of 33 centimeters all of which are in the 50th percentile (yea, our kid’s average!). In addition to his measurements, he also received his first vaccinations. Of course there were the expected ear piercing, blood curdling screams after each of the two shots in his legs but a bit of soothing from Mama seemed to make everything right in the world. The fun started at lunchtime when the inconsolable crying began and lingered for about three hours (at least we know he’s got a good pair of lungs). To all new parents let me suggest an immediate dosing of Tylenol and a good set of earplugs.
