As of noon today there is about two feet of snow on the ground, with drifts as high as three or four feet. With the wind chill it’s about -7 degrees Farenheight. A state of emergency has been declared, and everything in eastern Mass. has been shut down. Boston schools are closed Monday and Tuesday. Parts of Interstate 95 (which loops around Boston) are closed. Luckily the Patriots flew to Pittsburg yesterday, so Blossom and I are going to hunker in and watch the game and enjoy the snowstorm. Plus it smells like a three day weekend to me. Good thing I left my laptop at work.
