I just lost 4 months! What a loathsome experience. In this period of time I have been focused almost exclusively on work, attempting to integrate myself into a new organization and learn what my role is etc. And I lost the tasty balance between work and home.

- Paint interior of house
- Organize office
- Get someone to haul away a bunch of trash in the basement
- Replace busted interior doors
- Get kitchen fan exhausted outside
Mostly I missed work on the house, which I had planned to do before winter hit. Now my spring will be devoted to these chores, instead of frolicking in the great outdoors.
Time to resolve never to immerse myself completely in work, again.
